Peter Siddle has been ruled out of Australias second Test against New Zealand after failing to recover from an ongoing back injury. The 31 year-old aggravated a recurring injury during his sides comprehensive innings and 52-run victory over the Black Caps in the first Test.The Victorian, who has taken 208 wickets in 61 Test matches for Australia, suffered back spasms on the penultimate day in Wellington and managed to bowl just 20 overs across the four days play. Peter experienced some discomfort in his back during the first Test in Wellington and has not recovered sufficiently enough to play the Test, said Australia physiotherapist David Beakley.
