een drivers after running the Halo.I thin Antworten

SAN DIEGO -- The rebuilding San Diego Padres got a glimpse of the future on Thursday night. Two rookies led the way as San Diego beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 9-8 to snap a five-game losing streak.Alex Dickersons two-out, three-run double in the eighth inning was the big play after the Padres squandered a three-run edge.Travis Jankowski had a career-high four hits to increase his average to .365 (30 for 87) since July 31. Hes also added nine stolen bases and 17 runs scored over that span.Hes always a pain for the other team, Dickerson said. Any time he is on base, he can do damage to you.Dickerson smacked Enrique Burgos pitch into the gap in left-center field to put the Padres ahead. That kind of situation, anytime runners in the scoring position, you dont want to get cheated on anything, Dickerson said. Its not going to be a finesse swing. I wanted to make sure I was getting my moneys worth on it, cause you got to make that be a hard hit ball and make it tough on the defense if you do hit it on the ground.Michael Bourns soft single drove in pinch-hitter Rickie Weeks in the top of the eighth put Arizona ahead after it rallied from a three-run deficit.Ryan Buchter (3-0), the Padres fourth pitcher, got the win.Brandon Maurer worked the ninth for his sixth save in 10 chances. He gave up an unearned run before stranding the tying and go-ahead runs.Jake Barrett (1-1) allowed three runs in the eighth to snap Arizonas four-game winning streak. His sin was giving a two-out free pass to Yangervis Solarte to load the bases before Dickerson cleared them.Walks in general are killers, Barrett said. And that is a great example of it.Just as Jankowski is proof positive that if the Padres are to win, the youngsters much produce.Give him credit, Arizona manager Chip Hale said. He is a real good hitter.Mitch Hanigers run-scoring double in the seventh pulled Arizona even at 6-6.The Padres had gone ahead 6-5 on Edwin Jacksons keen base running, after the Padres starter reached on a walk as a pinch-hitter to start the sixth. Jackson advanced to third on Jankowskis double and scored on a passed ball.Welington Castillo was handcuffed by Edwin Escobars pitch and the ball ricocheted toward the Padres dugout. Jackson broke for the plate and Castillos relay was high, with Jackson swiping the plate with his left hand on a headfirst slide. That is just inexcusable at this level, Hale said. Its not that hard to get the signs.Jean Seguras two-run homer, a 416-foot shot in the sixth off reliever Jose Dominguez, tied the game 5-5.Arizona pulled to 5-3 in the fifth on Castillos RBI single, his third hit of the game. The Padres took a 5-2 lead in the third thanks to some sloppy Arizona fielding.Jankowskis second hit opened the frame and he stole second base -- after a replay overturned the original call. Wil Myers followed with a single, with Jankowski scoring his second run.Segura then misplayed Dickersons grounder and Myers scored. Christian Bethancourt followed with a two-run single for the three-run lead.TRAINERS ROOMDiamondbacks: OF A.J. Pollock (back) began his rehab assignment on Thursday and will play for Triple-A Reno on Friday after being idle the previous three days. ... LHP Andrew Chafin (groin, shoulder) was shut down and will restart his throwing program. ... C Chris Herrmann (hamstring) suffered a setback in his rehab and is day-to-day.Padres: RHP Tyson Ross (shoulder), who hasnt pitched since opening day, will throw a bullpen session on Saturday. If that goes well, Ross could be sent out on a rehab assignment. ... INF Alexi Amarista (hamstring) will begin a running program on Friday.UP NEXTDiamondbacks: RHP Zack Greinke (11-4, 4.31) starts against the Padres and that usually means a loss for San Diego. Greinke is 7-1 with a 1.91 ERA in 14 career starts against the Padres. That includes a win this year in two starts.Padres: RHP Jarred Cosart (0-1, 5.03) is coming off his best outing of the season when he allowed one run and two hits in six innings against the New York Mets on Saturday. Cosart came over last month in a seven-player deal with the Miami Marlins. Tommy John Jersey . It might not have mattered. While the Dodgers are preparing for the playoffs, the Padres showed their future has promise behind two rookies. Hunter Wood Jersey . -- Anaheim Ducks defenceman Luca Sbisa will be out at least six weeks with a torn tendon in his right hand. https://www.cheapindiansonline.com/1278u-rocky-colavito-jersey-indians.html .4 million title. Ryan Riess emerged with the title after a session in which he started behind, but used expert skill to gather the chips to his side amid the unpredictability of no-limit Texas Hold em. Riess put his final opponent Jay Farber all-in with an Ace-King. Cory Snyder Jersey . -- The proud fathers huddled near the Dallas Stars dressing room, smiling, laughing and telling stories while wearing replica green sweaters of their sons team. Graig Nettles Jersey . Then the Pacers gave Oladipo and his Orlando teammates the cold shoulder. Paul Georges buzzer-beating 3-pointer at the end of the third quarter spurred a 21-4 run, finally sending Indiana past the Magic 97-87 in a tougher-than-expected opening night matchup. Carlos Sainz believes the drivers are not being listened to on matters of safety after F1s Strategy Group decided to postpone the introduction of the Halo cockpit protection device until 2018.The FIA cited a lack of on-track testing as the reason, but Sainz believes the drivers should have made that call once they had been given a chance to test it.If I had to put a bet on now, I would say 80% are in favour, maybe 10% are I dont know and maybe 10% are totally against, Sainz said. But what is clear I think is that every driver should try it or should run it before 2017. Every driver should give an opinion and then basically a vote between drivers after running the Halo.I think this is the most common sense thing to do, even though at the end they probably dont take into consideration our vote, which is probably whats going to happen. But at least I think every driver should get a chance to run it and give an opinion on it.Halo was discussed at Fridays driver briefing with FIA safety delegate Charlie Whiting, but Sainz doubts their concerns will be listened to.We talked about it, it was definitely a very long meeting, but I dont know how much they will listen to us or take into their consideration our point of view, or how much of a difference it willl make.dddddddddddd Hopefully it helps and at least it takes the drivers view into consideration.Asked why he thought the drivers are not being listened to, Sainz added: Its a good question. My opinion is everyone took the decision to have a protection device in 2018. It doesnt mean its going to be a Halo, it means the FIA and all the teams are going to work to provide us with a safety component for 2018, but it probably means in 2017 well have nothing on the car so it opens the question of what happens if something happens in 2017?I think Halo could be - in my opinion - a solution just for one year before the come up with something even more technological, even more advanced. But its clear for 2017 they cannot bring this. They want to bring it in 2018 but what happens in 2017? Then you look back and say maybe we should have had the Halo for one year just as a prevention thing before bringing on the nice-looking, super safe aspect for 2018 that they have promised us is going to happen. Its a question mark that we all have but hopefully it will not be like that and hopefully nothing will happen. But we are all aware of it. ' ' '
